When a part they received was faulty and I had to be re-scheduled, they fit me in at the last minute for another time and got the repair done immediately. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I live in Denver and not local to Phil Long in Glenwood Springs. The service department was fantastic keeping me in the loop on my car's progress being repaired. Once repaired, service arranged with sales for me to pick up my car even though service was closed. The team at Phil Long Honda made me happy. If I didn't live 3 hours away in Denver, this would be my new home Honda dealership for all service.
